Where you’ll work
Outside the home, there are tranquil sensory gardens which are a peaceful spot in the heart of South Norwood. They are landscaped with raised flower beds for our residents who like to do a spot of light gardening. The front grounds also include a glorious Victorian gazebo, providing a shaded seating area for people to sit back and relax during the warmer months. The residents have their very own gardening club, which is wonderful for both those in residential and dementia care. The raised flower beds mean residents who have restricted mobility, or are in wheelchairs, can still rekindle a pastime they may have enjoyed before moving to The Manse.
You will have previous experience in a residential setting.
A full, valid driver’s licence is required and access to own vehicle is desirable.
What is also important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.
