Hours as and when required
Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed General Assistant to assist with meal preparation, whilst adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines. Our in-house Taste restaurant is open to customers from 9am – 3pm seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
In addition to this, you will also assist with maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout Moreton Court.
Set in the picturesque town of Bideford, Moreton Court provides apartments and communal facilities for over 55s. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, open manner is essential for success in this role.
At Moreton Court, we are passionate about customers enjoying their retirement in comfort whilst continuing to live independently, with the peace of mind that help is on hand if they need it. We are looking for caring and compassionate people to ensure that our customers enjoy happy and fulfilling lives in a clean, comfortable and safe environment.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.
If you want to make a positive impact in our lively retirement community where no two days are the same, this is a great opportunity to come and work within a hardworking and customer-focused team.
