Estate Technician
Glasgow - covering Glasgow and Cumbernauld
£22,971 - £24,180 per year
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm
We have an opportunity for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Glasgow/Cumbernauld areas. As an Estate Technician you will be responsible for property clearances, bulk/fly tipping removal, grounds maintenance and litter picking. The ideal candidate will be hardworking with a keen eye for detail. All works should be completed to a high standard and in line with Health and Safety requirements. A full training plan will be provided as well as a company van and power tools.
The successful candidate will cover a variety of locations across Glasgow and Cumbernauld. The role of Estate Technician will involve frequent lone working and working as part of a larger team on bigger projects. They will be responsible for the tools and equipment used daily, which includes a work mobile phone.
