The opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Enforce cash management guidelines and procedures.
- Drive team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Motivate and train team for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints related to transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and propose action plans.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
- Monitor and replenish Beauty to Go stock.
- Collaborate with store departments for smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve IT issues related to cash transactions.
- Support recruitment and coaching for SBP members.
Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficient in cash management and reconciliation.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Familiarity with Sephora's products and sales policies.
- Ability to enforce and follow established procedures.
- IT proficiency for identifying and resolving issues.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset for addressing complaints.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing business reports.
