Whether you’re an aspiring engineer, a future welder, or simply someone who loves seeing how things come together, this program offers a thrilling blend of education, skill-building, and practical experience.
As a manufacturing student learner, you’ll embark on a journey of discovery, spending 20-30 hours a week during the summer exploring the depths of our manufacturing facility. Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of a world-class global manufacturing facility, gaining critical knowledge of how we build the machines that shape our world.
Role & Responsibility
In this program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of exciting areas.
Product Creation: Discover how ideas become reality. You’ll learn about different stages of product development, from design to final assembly.
Hands-on Assembly: Get comfortable using various tools and equipment to build and assemble parts into functioning machines.
Quality Matters: Learn the importance of precise measurements and inspections to ensure products meet top quality standards.
Problem-Solving and Maintenance: Develop your problem-solving skills by helping to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve machinery.
Safety First: We prioritize safety in everything we do. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work safely and effectively.

Job Requirement
Completion of Junior Year of High School and at least 16 years old.
Successful completion in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) program/courses related to manufacturing.
Work a minimum of 120-160 hours this summer to gain valuable hands-on experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others is essential.
A commitment to safety and the willingness to learn and follow safety protocols is key.
A passion for learning, a willingness to practice new skills, and a basic understanding of math are important for success.
