Your role in our team
You will transport materials, products, and packages between various locations within the organization safely and efficiently
You will load and unload materials properly, ensuring they are secure and undamaged during transit
You will maintain accurate records of materials, track quantities, and report any discrepancies or shortages
You will adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling materials and operate equipment safely
You will perform routine inspections and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
You will maintain clear and professional communication with internal team members and managers regarding deliveries, schedules, and any issues that may arise
You will plan and follow designated delivery routes to optimize time and resources
You will complete all required paperwork, such as CBM delivery logs, inspection reports, and material tracking forms accurately and on time
You will interact with site location customers, material coordinator, and supply management staff in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
You will travel alone to pick up and deliver material/items to and from various local vendors
You will coordinate with outside waste disposal and recycling vendors
You will perform various duties related to inventory management , receiving inventory, and shipping.
You will maintain a clean and safe work area
You will show a strong eagerness to learn and a positive attitude to support operational excellence
You will innovative problem resolution
You will work on special projects as needed
You will take responsibility across divisions for assigned tasks and topics
Your profile
You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Your experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
You must have a valid driver’s license and a record clean driving history for last five year. Any non-minor driving infraction will result in a rejected application.
You exhibit great attention to detail, and clear verbal and written communication skills
You display organizational communication skills
You have the ability to operate forklift to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areas
You must have a good working knowledge of manufacturing and understand Manufacturing Sequence of Events (SOE).
You have the ability to use measurement tools
You demonstrate basic computer literacy with common computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-Outlook
