Have extensive experience in luxury retail with a relevant following of loyal clients
Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and identify business growth opportunities
Put the client at the centre of everything you do
Possess excellent communication skills, both in Italian, English and preferably in French too
Are passionate about beauty, leathergoods and accessories in general, as well as passionate about Delvaux
Have a contagious positive attitude, able to see the positive side in every challenge
Are collaborative and supportive of all colleagues, willing to share with them your knowledge and expertise

What do we expect from you? To:

Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux, by offering a unforgettable client experience and build solid client relationships
Develop sales and achieve KPIs as well as qualitative goals
Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the boutique to meet constantly customer needs
Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service towards our customers
Consolidate your luxury language and acquire a vast knowledge of our creations
Represent the brand with pride by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and operations
Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager
