Sales Coordinator (Internship)

6 to 12 Month FTC

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Vacheron Constantin Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team to implement and drive a successful omnichannel strategy. 
Main focus will be on stock coordination and sales support by delivering smooth operations for the business, including various admin tasks through SAP and more operational tasks also related to the daily life of the network doors across the region. 
You will also act as a strategic intermediary contact between UK teams and Geneva Headquarter.
Throughout this internship you will be able to gain a good understanding of the overall UK Vacheron Constantin business and luxury retail experience.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Stock management and product allocation for retail (35%)

  • Monitor sales to pro-actively replenish the stock on a daily basis
  • Accurately manage and dispatch orders in SAP + Manage relationship with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor stock transfers
  • Stock consignment management 
  • Carnet management
  • Goods returns management
  • Deal with all enquiries in a professional and efficient manner (prices, availability, deliveries, complaints, etc.) 
  • Handle requests for all products (straps, extracts of the archive, repairs, including spare parts)
  • Support boutique teams operations – from system coordination to event support
  • Help on printing and preparing new sales materials

 

Retailers’ requests (25%)

  • Support and discuss with the Business analyst the invoicing processes to meet the monthly sales budget
  • Check websites of the retailers for price alignment and correct visibility
  • Deal with CS enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support bespoke straps flow
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers both at store and head offices level
  • Manage the orders and correct organisation of warranty cards/boxes 
  • Support Business Analyst in organising stock take twice a year

 

Retailers’ system management (20%)

  • Maintain and update retailers information
  • Monitor Booster correct functioning 
  • Manage assortment levels via Richemont system provided
  • Help on warranty activation

 

Trade Marketing (15%)

  • Be the first contact and intermediary to handle all the enquiries of Permanent display, Accessories, Table & VC gifts from boutiques and arrange delivery from RID GVA
  • Supervise and deliver correctly the roll out of visual merchandising (VM) animation kits (4 waves in a year) and coordinate the local logistic part to boutiques & partners for the set up
  • Consolidate the VM photos from BTQ after the new VM set up.

 

Office Coordination & Administration (5%)

  • Upon business needs (miscellaneous: e.g. Printing support materials on pricing, Travel arrangements, business cards order etc.)

 

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • As an ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:

  • Fluency in English
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competence in MS Office package (especially Excel) - Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
  • Passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic, agile learner
  • Ability to multitask and understanding of priorities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented focus in your approach to work
