Brand Manager
About the Role
Brand Manager supports the Portfolio & Pricing Stragegy Manager to develop portfolio plans, establish the marketing mix of our brands and develop holistic consumer experiences and activation tactics. The incumbent will also be responsible for competitive assessment and designing strategic plans to build equity with consumers through brand messaging, packaging and communication materials.
What you will do
- Design multi-touchpoint brand activation concepts exploring portfolio strategies; Lead initiatives from the brand perspective including vendor management and working closely with digital core team members for implementation. Analyze results and improve initiative based on learnings;
- Manage the development and execution of all porftolio initiatives including pack rejuvenations and Limited Edition Packs, inserts, onserts and product innovations for all categories (RMC & E-Vape); establish the full marketing mix including packaging, communications and messaging content across all channels;
- Establish brand strategy and ensure that all initiatives are working towards over-arching brand objectives and priorities. Monitor the performance of brand initiatives, impact on sales and future volume opportunities;
- Responsible for portfolio optimization, NTM management, write off management and NPD management in collaboration with global GBS center and supply chain teams;
- Monitor competitive action and recommend course correction on pricing and/or marketing mix. Build go to market strategies and financials for new market opportunities. Coordinate and lead ad-hoc projects within marketing and/or cross-functionally in line with expected deliverables;
- Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent;
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Who We Are Looking For
A dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field;
- 3-6 years work experience in Trade &Consumer marketing;
- Fluent English;
- The Brand Manager must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as ability to be hands-on and manage tactical execution, affinity for packaging development and design and excellent collaboration skills with the ability to navigate projects within a complex organizational structure and stakeholders across functions.
