About the Role

 

Swiss Re is seeking a talented, results-oriented recruiter with a passion for attracting talent and connecting them with new opportunities across our organization.  In this role, you will:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, including relevant experience, technical skills/interpersonal skills, budget, and timing.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process: sourcing, reviewing candidates' pipeline, interviews and offer stage.
  • Coordinate with the Onboarding Team, and other parties involved in the hiring process, to ensure good experience for both the business and the candidate.
  • Engage with leaders to understand the vision and strategy for their organization.
  • Build a diverse talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Analyze, innovate, and improve talent sourcing methods.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average. 

 

For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,000.  The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.  At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
