About the Role
In this exciting role you will closely collaborate across various seniority levels, with colleagues across the globe and across multiple business teams at SwissRe Life & Health Reinsurance. You will act as the driver, helping the teams define improved and more efficient processes, operating models and tools. After you've helped the project team set the direction, you bring the changes to life with your can-do attitude and your project management and change skills.
Topics you will work on range from
- Creating compelling cases for business change, planning projects and defining project goals, effort, deliverables and timelines.
- Driving delivery of initiatives and transformation projects jointly with the functional experts, such as operational excellence and process improvement initiatives, target operating models, system and process transformations.
- Acting as a change agent and drive partnership attitude across L&H teams and units like Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
About the Team
You will be working in a team of project managers that drive transformation across Life & Health Reinsurance. We are a team of self-starters and our bread-and-butter is improving all angles of our Life & Health business. We set up the path of change and then guide project teams with members of all corners of our business along that path towards tangible outcomes.
