About the Role
As the Communications & Change Manager, you will contribute to Swiss Re's strategic objectives by supporting the Talent, Culture & Inclusion (TCI) team with their transformational initiatives. Your teammates will include experts in the strategically important areas of Talent Management, Leadership, Learning & Development, Performance Management, DEI and Culture.
You will craft change management plans and develop strategic communications that promote understanding, engagement and adoption around each transformation as well as the collective whole. Your goal is to galvanize employees and other key stakeholders behind this enterprise-wide change.
Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate with colleagues from around the world in a fast-moving environment, creating alignment around strategy and implementation. You must also be resourceful and able to evolve the change approach as the implementation unfolds.

We're Talent, Culture, and Inclusion (TCI), a part of Group Human Resources at Swiss Re. We're the strategic consulting, design, and transformation arm of HR. We leverage thought leadership and the latest research to design and enhance our people and culture strategy and own a connected suite of processes and solutions as a lean, friendly, diverse, and global team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use the Swiss Re change methodology (built around Prosci) – and tools such as change readiness assessment, impact analysis and risk mitigation planning - to create a change management strategy for each TCI initiative.
• Identify key stakeholders, uncover their goals and needs, and customize activities accordingly.
• Develop and communicate key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication materials/channels.
• Design a two-way communication approach to allow questions, input and feedback.
• Ensure consistency within the messaging across the transformational initiatives.
• Be a resource to change agents in the business to understand what is needed and deliver materials and support.
• Partner with TCI colleagues to address the behaviours and skill-building needed for the transformation.
About You
We are looking for savvy storyteller who can motivate employees and other stakeholders with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are you self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and manage competing demands with a keen eye for detail and:
• 5+ years of experience with communications, communications planning and change management.
• Experience with the Prosci change methodology.
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Background in supporting transformations with effective communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven success implementing change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with large-scale organizational change efforts. #LI-Hybrid
