About the Role


As part of the wider TCI (Talent, Culture & Inclusion) team, you design global TCI standards and solutions for the entire firm based on our business strategy, the best practices in the market and the latest HR trends. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic talent solutions to attract, engage, develop and retain key talents to ensure Swiss Re has the right people in the right roles in the right place
  • Lead the development and implementation of global talent management, leadership development, culture and DEI solutions and standards that align with the business objectives and support the overall HR strategy
  • Deliver project management for complex and large programme that require cross-functional collaboration across different teams
  • Define and own the communication plan of respective solutions in partnership with Group Communications and other internal teams as required
  • Work with the broader HR team to ensure that the talent management and DEI standards and solutions are integrated with other HR processes
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of designed HR solutions, using data and feedback to inform improvements and enhancements
  • Gather people metrics, external intelligence and macro human capital trends and benchmarks on people impact and best practices
  • Support Group Head TCI and Head TCI Solutions on other strategic projects and initiatives as required

We're TCI (Talent, Culture & Inclusion), a part of Group Human Resources at Swiss Re. We're the consulting, design and transformation arm of HR. We leverage thought leadership and the latest research to design and enhance our people and culture strategy and own a connected suite of processes and solutions as a lean, friendly, diverse, and global team. 

 

About You 


An experienced consultant who has been part of strategic HR Centre of Expertises (HR CoEs). Developing innovative people solutions stimulates you, and you are great with prioritization and quick in delivering results. In addition, you're a confident communicator who can engage with senior and executive leadership.

 

Essentials:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in global HR CoEs, with a strong background in topics such as performance management, talent management, learning & development, organisational development, culture, strategic workforce planning, etc.
  • Experience in managing complex HR projects within a global organisation
  • Outstanding project management and consulting skills
  • A sound understanding of progressive talent trends, and technology supporting and driving them
  • Ability to navigate a global organisation, and quickly build relationships within the team and beyond, with significant stakeholder management experience at senior level
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, savvy learner of new technology and tools
  • Strong language skills – top-notch written (and spoken) English is a requirement
