About the role
We are building a greenfield, cloud-native risk data and services platform to deliver cutting-edge risk intelligence insights and risk transfer solutions to our clients using Palantir Foundry as a key enabler.
Your responsibilities
Develop a quality-assurance process that ensures stable and predictable releases
Work closely with the product owners, business users and cross squad engineering teams to understand the problems by participating in requirements gathering exercises and formulating acceptance criteria
Build a suite of automated tests that captures the key business workflow expectations
Work hand in hand with product teams to understand how the applications and platform are expected to work
Have an eye for detail when something doesn’t look as a client would expect
Create a regression testing runbook that covers all major functionality and is updated as issues are found and resolved
Help with understanding support issues and where quality in the application is degrading
Participating in technical design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test strategy and plans
Together with the development team you will be implementing test automation solutions and creating test cases supporting the quality of our solution.

Your experience:
Prior work experience in quality assurance or related discipline
Willingness to do basic programming in Javascript to automate api tests
Fluent in English
Strong work ethic and self-starter who can deliver results quickly
Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts
Knowledge of insurance concepts preferred but not required
