About the Role
As Lead Leadership & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the organizational culture and leadership development strategies at Swiss Re. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of fostering an environment where our colleagues feel valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute their best. Key responsibilities:
Leadership Development: Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Culture Stewardship: Champion the company's culture, ensuring values are embedded in day-to-day operations and decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on leadership needs and cultural initiatives.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives, promoting a culture of respect, belonging, and understanding.
Feedback Mechanisms: Implement and maintain tools and processes for gathering employee feedback, using it to inform and adjust leadership and culture strategies.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring support to senior and emerging leaders within the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends in organizational culture and leadership development, integrating new ideas and innovations into company programs.

About You
Our ideal Lead for Leadership & Culture is an individual who deeply resonates with the importance of culture and leadership in an organization's success. You have a proven track record of designing and implementing leadership and culture programs, and your expertise is matched only by your passion for people development.
Essentials
Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders across multiple levels, including the most senior levels of the organisation (Managing Directors and above).
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data related to organizational culture and leadership development.
Flexibility: Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment, with an ability to adapt and innovate.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and an aptitude for working within cross-functional teams.
Passion: Genuine interest in nurturing talent, fostering positive work environments, and championing leadership and cultural initiatives.
