This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled part qualified actuary with modelling experience to be part of the Life & Health Valuation Centre of Excellence, contributing towards model development and supporting regional valuation teams who are ultimately responsible for the inforce management of Swiss Re's global L&H Reinsurance business.
About the Role
Support the development and maintenance of models used for analytics on an IFRS17 basis
Work with regional partners to review results and provide insights leveraging on expertise of the model
Able to handle stakeholder requests and deliver solutions independently
Produce high quality models and associated documentation for the user community. Ensure model development and testing activities are in accordance with agreed model governance framework and testing procedures
Enhance and extend model validation tools as needed
Drive continuous process improvements to maximize productivity and work product quality
About the Team
The Central Prophet Analytics Team is part of Life & Health Valuation Centre of Excellence, and is responsible for the development, maintenance, and on-going support of the Prophet based solution used by regional valuation teams.

Partially qualified Actuary with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry
Working Knowledge on DCS / Prophet
Good understanding of fundamental actuarial concepts
Exposure to IFRS17 libraries is preferable
