Our Alternative Capital Partners (ACP) Business Development team is seeking a diligent problem solver with strong project management skills to expand and professionalize our business development efforts with current and prospective investors. About the Role
This critical role will coordinate with teams across ACP and the broader Swiss Re organization to enable ACP's asset management businesses to scale and grow. Key to this success is building effective cross-functional relationships across ACP and Swiss Re with colleagues in Business Development, Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Business Management, Media, Finance and others.
Additional Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for successful and timely response to ad hoc investor questions, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and other sales requests ensuring coordination across all teams and tracking response times
Ensure Due Diligence Questionnaires and reporting databases are accurate and regularly updated
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and distribution lists ensuring their completeness and accuracy
Project manage strategic initiatives such as new fund launches
Assist in organization of events, roadshows and meetings and maintain relevant pages of Swiss Re website and internal sites

ACP Business Development is the link to build and foster direct partnerships between pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, insurers, asset managers and other institutional investors and Swiss Re. Our focus is to seek out partners looking to benefit from Swiss Re's underwriting expertise, experience, and access to the (re)insurance market.

About You
You are comfortable interacting across functions at all levels and understand how to navigate the broader company. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented and are passionate about designing and implementing processes to keep everyone on track and grow. You do not shy away from tasks and enjoy the challenge of developing a streamlined or automated solution.
Additional Key Requirements include:
Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business/economics and/or MBA from a strong academic institution
3+ years of work experience in project management, customer relations management or investor relations
Previous experience working within asset/fund management
Familiarity or experience with data analytics tools and relational database management (for example Python, Power BI, SQL)
Exceptional analytical, attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment with ease and speed, and working independently
Strong ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environment
Ability to operate in a rapidly developing business environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Thrives working under pressure and tight deadlines
An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and passion
Fluent in English (German is a plus) #LI-Hybrid
