The role
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated person to support GP practices with using this technology. You will be answering GP practice questions – online and by phone - about the use of the technology, helping them solve any problems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Candidates must be comfortable with technology, be proficient in querying and the understanding of SQL databases, and experienced in the setup, use, and debugging of IT systems and software.
You will be acting as the face of the company with GP practices and patients, so the ideal candidate should be used to conducting themselves in a professional manner and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will receive on the job training and support from our friendly and experienced team.
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and responding to support requests from GP practices.
- Responding to support requests from the product team.
- Technical investigation of customer queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience of technical customer support or training
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-directed and motivated
