The position reports directly to the Business Operations Manager and is responsible for operating the scoreboard and tracking and recording goals, shots, and penalties on a paper or online scoresheet during hockey league games. In addition, scorekeepers are expected to use a supplied tablet to play music at stoppages in play and between games. This position will interact with parents, players, guests, coaches, referees, hockey directors and team captains and requires the ability to communicate with a focus on delivering a world class hockey experience.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $19/ hour

The Facilities Division of OVG360 has an exciting opening for a Hockey Scorekeeper on the campus of Arizona State University for the new 5,000 seat multi-purpose arena and community ice rink. The new Mullett Arena opened in the fall of 2022 and is the home to ASU Sun Devil Men’s Ice Hockey, ASU Club Hockey, ASU Wrestling programs, NHL Arizona Coyotes and a variety of events, including concerts, family shows, comedy and other live events. The new community ice rink serves as a public venue to the community and hosts hockey and skating programming, youth competitions, educational opportunities and more.
