The Role

As the Implementation Director, Omnichannel, the primary responsibility is to support the successful launch of our omnichannel initiatives both internally and externally while leading internal integration and change management efforts. You will collaborate with senior management and Prime teams to ensure alignment, drive adoption, and facilitate a seamless transition to our omnichannel approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for omnichannel strategies and processes.
  • Create delivery templates and tools to streamline internal workflows and ensure consistency.
  • Develop cheat sheets for client conversations to support effective communication and engagement.
  • Develop omnichannel strategy templates and designs in partnership with Prime Omni strategy team.
  • Coordinate the development of external collateral to support the Prime Omni launch.
  • Lead business development efforts for Prime Omni, including marketing, client outreach, and meetings.
  • Support wider agency vertical efforts with collateral development and additional support as needed.
  • Develop a timeline plan to guide the execution of external launch activities.
  • Implement marketing initiatives such as white papers, podcasts, social media campaigns, and participation in industry congresses.
  • Overall accountability for financial management of Prime-Omni, ensuring accuracy and reporting for internal finance and EPR meetings.
  • Support Prime-Omni projects to ensure alignment with overall objectives and strategies.
  • Lead resource planning efforts, identifying resource within Prime teams and facilitating resource allocation.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources to support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Work in partnership with SVP, Agency Leadership Team (ALT) and Group BD team to develop new business development plan for Prime-Omni to drive new business, tracking/driving opportunities and measuring success.
  • Work with agency leadership/BD team to ensure account organic growth plans are developed, implemented, and driven.
  • Plan up to 24 months ahead to ensure account, team and client longevity, succession planning and continuous business development.
  • Drive client relationships to support organic growth and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with other practice leads to ensure cross company selling and wallet share.
  • Pitch lead for programmes/projects as agreed with SVP.
  • Oversee pitch presentation.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in project management and change management, particularly in launching omnichannel initiatives.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence senior management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
    • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Experience in resource planning and management.
