The Business Analyst maintains working functional knowledge of business needs and practices for financial systems and business processes. Work collaboratively with various departments on projects involving the implementation, specification, development, testing, and rollout of new systems and/or system enhancements. Support the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) by coordinating project activities related to the evaluation of RPA. Facilitate meetings with process owners to gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements to processes and systems. Identify dependencies and implications of change to one or more functional areas affected. This role has a hybrid work schedule: Two days on-site and three days remote per week.
Required Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentRequired Experience:2+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience with system testing, business requirement definitions, and data analysis.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to learn systems from a user perspective. The ability to understand basic system architecture. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. A creative problem solver. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $78,750.00 to USD $96,250.00.
