Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who leads and acts as a full participant as a Resource Specialist.

 

You will execute staff planning and delivery as well as workforce programs and personnel processes in support of USEUCOM needs in a dynamic operating environment with limited supervision.

 

  • Additionally, you will execute personnel management with limited supervision in support of Flex, Contingency, and/or Emergency Operations response through the dedicated portal as required.
  • Supports program staffing execution as the secondary personnel interface with the USEUCOM TPOC.
  • Supports PM, Operations & Transition Manager, KPs, task leads, project managers, and key stakeholders in execution of key initiatives such as workforce planning, acquisition, leadership development, talent management, employee and career development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching (managers and staff).
  • Supports the resource manager, QML, task leads, and project managers in the implementation of task-specific playbooks; publishes template and associated work instructions to facilitate local playbook development.
  • Develops, coordinates, and delivers in-house programs to identify training needs of employees to facilitate growth and development of program talent; conduct onboarding of staff and train all levels of personnel per program procedures and personnel/personnel security processes.
  • Analyzes overall program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies; drives identification and fulfillment of program billet requirements.
  • Coordinates with Peraton and Peraton Teammate global mobility teams to help ensure program resources are deployed OCONUS IAW local laws and regulations.
  • Executes the collection, maintenance, and updating of program personnel information and readiness status in our dedicated portal as well delivering formal reporting for program readiness status and documentation required for program personnel.
  • You will also use the dedicated portal to identify and report on critical resources and identify shortfalls and deficiencies as well as to identify, assess, and align critical resources with mission, clearance, and training requirements.

Qualifications

  • No security clearance required
  • Master's degree and 10+ years of experience
  • Experience: 5+ years practical and relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in talent acquisition or human resources
  • Hands on experience with an applicant tracking system such as iCIMS
  • Hands on experience reviewing and understanding report/metric data
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office tools to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, to effectively communicate with peers and leaders through email, MS Teams meetings and reports/presentation generated using MS Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent tasks
  • Previous experience implementing process and/or documenting procedure changes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff, and others

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
