Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who leads as a Mission Partner Advocate that plans, develops, leads, and manages collaborative liaison and advocacy activities to identify, establish, align, and improve relationships with strategic mission partners, other DoD organizations/federal agencies, NATO Allies, and non-NATO partners.
- Facilitates information exchange on requirements, capabilities, and deficiencies, as well as emerging technologies and cyber threats.
- Collaborates with and assists program leadership with developing, presenting, justifying, and defending program positions on issues of consequence.
- Coordinates and collaborates with key leaders and stakeholders at the Headquarters, Components, and external mission partners to achieve common understanding and reasonable resolution of controversial issues.
- Minimizes operational conflicts and/or duplication to best achieve national/DoD strategies related to core program mission needs.
- Develops and presents informational briefings; conducts analysis of and briefs, or develops read-ahead material as necessary; documents and analyzes liaison event results to ensure continual improvement; maintains and provides event historical records.
- Facilitates and/or attends meetings, forums, working group sessions, and conferences and coordinates with PAO to facilitate/host events at USEUCOM.
- Uses our dedicated portal to facilitate the development of engagement strategy, enhance the quality of and collection of insights from engagement, and facilitate proactive problem identification and mitigation across engagements.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Experience: 10+ years practical and relevant experience
- Strong skills in communicating orally and in writing with customers, employees, and industry leaders
- Ability to create executive briefings with minimal assistance
- Ability to analyze program objective and projects with respect to risk (cost, schedule and key customer stakeholder engagement) and develop risk mitigation plans, and take corrective action as needed

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
