Responsibilities
Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for a Key Leader Engagement (KLE) Lead who serves as the primary point of contact for KLE activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- You will attend the ECJ5-sponsored KLE Working Group (KLE WG) and synchronizes KLE events with Joint Plans Board (JPB) for Senior Leader participation/situational awareness and collaboration on USEUCOM key themes and communications messages.
- Develop and implement comprehensive KLE strategies aligned with USEUCOM mission and objectives.
- Identifies, cultivates, and maintains relationships with key leaders and decision-makers in other commands, directorates, allies, and partner nations.
- Conducts regular outreach and engagement activities to build trust, rapport, and understanding with stakeholders. Facilitates information sharing and collaboration between USEUCOM and other commands, allies, and partner nations.
- Provides cultural and political context to inform decision-making and enhance cross-cultural communication.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of KLE efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
- Stays abreast of current developments in commands, allies, and partner nations to adapt KLE strategies accordingly.
- Contributes to development of training materials and programs to enhance KLE skills within the command.
- Provides updated KLE-related information to coordinate, synchronize, organize, and deconflict USEUCOM’s key themes and communications messages using our dedicated tools and processes.
- Develops, implements, and assesses strategic guidance training materials (correspondence, policy letters, briefings and talking points) focused on synchronizing communications, engagements, and priorities for USEUCOM Senior Leaders and their participation in KLE venues.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- 7+ years of experience in public affairs, communication, or a related domain.
- Experience in the design and implementation of public affairs campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in leading public affairs campaigns.
- Experience working with senior leaders.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
