Responsibilities
Peraton is looking for a Manufacturing Electrical Assembler to work on site in Clinton, TN as part of our Remotec EOD robotics organization.
The ideal candidate is excited to be part of the manufacturing team to produce EOD robotic systems and is a committed team player in successfully meeting manufacturing goals and quality. Experience with complex electro-mechanical assemblies and has the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and has an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving. The candidate is organized and completes assembly work in a timely manner with high quality outputs. Experienced in wiring assemblies for Andros EOD robots utilizing standards and procedures in place to ensure quality and completeness. Being willing and able to learn new things and take on additional roles/responsibilities is essential.
This work includes but is not limited to:
- Manufacturing and assembly of complex wiring harnesses and electrical terminations built to specifications provided in assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics and work instructions.
- Crimp tools and terminations utilizing DSUB and 1.5mm Samtec and various Molex terminal crimpers.
- Installation and setup of electronics into electro-mechanical subassemblies.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Education:
- HS 0+ Years of experience.
- Experience wiring assemblies for Remotec Andros Unmanned Ground Systems.
- Basic computer skills, ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with machine assembly, electrical assembly, understanding of assembly drawings, electrical wiring diagrams and schematics for Spartan and FX Andros robots.
- Works well with basic machinery such as hand tools, wire crimpers and strippers, test and measuring equipment.
- Cirrus harness tester and Global Shop experience.
Desired Experiences:
- IPC solder certification.

Target Salary Range
$30,000 - $48,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
