The Outreach Coordinator at the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) supports the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by planning and implementing collaboration projects with a variety of stakeholders including US Government (USG) agencies, the DIB Cybersecurity (CS) Program Management Office, and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies and outreach campaigns that accurately represent the DC3's corporate image, culture, solutions, and services to external audiences. The Coordinator will manage integrated marketing communication campaigns aimed at both internal and external customers to enhance engagement and develop persuasive messaging to increase participation from external clients. This position also entails maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically Salesforce, including troubleshooting and performing basic debugging for customer accounts in the Defense Industrial Base Network. Additionally, the Coordinator will creatively compile customer feedback, research, and other data to generate insights that aid leadership in decision-making.
