The Manufacturing Operations Analyst, will have the opportunity to partner directly with the Plant Manager and other Managers/Supervisors to make an impact on the business. The focus will be on following the full End to End process of the 1st Products. The Manufacturing Operations Analyst will be responsible for proper verification of all aspects of the 1st Products flow and inventory according to standards and policies.  The role will further act as the subject matter expert and ensure consistent use of data across all systems and areas within the region.

Please note prior to applying that this is a fixed-term position with an employment agreement through Q1/Q2 2025. Official dates will be finalized during the interview and offer process. This is a benefits eligible position for the duration of the agreement, specifically with access to our healthcare plan (medical/dental) and other programs within our benefits package.  

Main responsibilities

  • Understand the process of all 1st Products to proactively anticipate the inventory fluctuations, movement of stock, and storage needs in the system
  • Identify and proactively share all transactions that impact 1st Products inventory and storage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with vendors to maintain the most up-to-date information to ensure accurate and full data for movement of all 1st products stock
  • Ensures that product quality meets or exceeds established standards.
  • Focus on product performance and user behavior
  • hare key KPI’s related to all movements of 1st Products
  • Ensure the integrity, consistency, and validity of the 1st Products semi-finished stocks for optimal operations of the full Offer to Cash flow
  • Work with Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to optimize monitoring of the 1st Products data flow
  • Perform data checks as needed to ensure integrity and metrics to drive improvement
  • Finds resolution to production issues (schedule, equipment maintenance, raw materials, packaging, quality, etc.)
  • Continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of all work areas.
  • Weekly reporting to 1st Products Tactical Team and Business Review team of all activities and KPI’s
  • Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement, which includes root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance or related field

Experience: 1-3 years experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Finance (in a manufacturing environment)

  • Good Understanding of Business Processes, Management Flows and Integrated Systems

  • Efficient user of Microsoft Office with demonstrated capabilities in Excel.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
