As an Embedded Engineer on our team, you'll play a vital role in crafting and enhancing features for our Axon product. Dive deep into designing and implementing new functionalities while also tackling bugs head-on. Your expertise will be key in maintaining the stability and speed of our device software, ensuring it performs flawlessly.
You thrive on staying abreast of the latest open-source technologies, utilizing your coding and design prowess to make technically sound decisions that guarantee robust solutions. Beyond technical proficiency, your ability to navigate engineering trade-offs and empathize with our customers sets you apart. Expect to collaborate closely with product managers and designers to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs effectively.

The Pay:
Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 117,600 in the lowest geographic market and USD 176,400 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
