Your Impact

The Shared Services team is responsible for providing collaborative, timely, high-quality support to internal business partners. With a focus on service excellence, the Shared Services team helps to ensure consistent and positive experiences. The Shared Services Specialist reports to and partners closely with the Senior Manager of Shared Services. Their primary responsibility is providing administrative and operational support to team members at all levels of the manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Do 
Location: Onsite at our Phoenix, AZ offices 5 days a week
Reports to: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Shared Services
Direct Reports: 0

  • Provide administrative and operational support to team members at all levels of the manufacturing organization.
  • Facilitate and manage Axon tours for both internal team members and external customers
  • Build positive relationships and collaborate with other teams and groups throughout manufacturing by being an ambassador for the Shared Services team
  • Collaborate with other Shared Services team members to review current policies and procedures and recommend changes that will increase efficiency and promote uniformity
  • Work productively in cross-functional endeavors to execute tasks
  • Active member of our TEEC Committee driving employee engagement 
  • Organize and execute employee engagement events and activities
  • Developing and executing Manufacturing communication plans to the internal organization



What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with business partners
  • Excellent time management skills; proven ability to act promptly and meet deadlines
  • Finesse to identify/define needs while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills; capacity to effectively handle difficult requests
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Bachelors degree preferred



Work environment:

  • Wear Common Protective or Safety Equipment such as Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves, Hearing Protection, Hard Hats on occasion.


Physical demands:

  • Spend Time Standing and sitting.

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 48,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 72,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
