BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Oversee the collection of requirements from the product owner and take responsibility for extracting all requirements
• Compliance with requirements in user stories and technical requirements, in collaboration with the team of engineers responsible for features
• Assess engineering needs and connect engineers with relevant IT stakeholders/ domains
• Project Office support in identifying user stories and use cases
• Participate in passing user stories and use cases to UI/UX designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of requirements
• Help translate user stories and use cases into test conditions and expected results for products, performance, and user acceptance tests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years of proven experience as an IT analyst or in any other similar position
• Experience in project management
• Work experience following an agile methodology and using the continuous integration and installation process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
