• Excellent collaboration and communication skills,
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly on designs,
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges,
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma,
• Meticulous attention to detail,
• (Desirable) Experience with animation for video and/or social media,
• (Desirable) Basic video editing skills
What the job involves
• At EvenUp, Brand Designers play a key role in crafting high-quality, impactful brand experiences,
• You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to elevate our global brand, enhancing the customer journey from end to end,
• Develop and refine a distinctive visual language for our brand (illustrations, icons, colors... typography, animations, etc.),
• Advocate for design consistency and cohesion across all company touchpoints,
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing team and others to establish a clear, consistent brand voice through social media and paid digital marketing campaigns,
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving EvenUp’s Brand Standards,
• Partner with the UX Design team to tell compelling stories about our product and communicate its value,
• Create eye-catching, effective designs for company events and other key marketing initiatives,
• Manage and prioritize work and resources efficiently across multiple ongoing projects
