The Warehouse Operator/Picker plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of a warehouse
facility. Their primary responsibility is to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment,
ensuring that all items are correctly identified, counted, and packaged according to company

equipment, wearing appropriate protective gear, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff members to achieve daily
production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment. Communicate effectively with supervisors
and colleagues to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand
trucks safely and efficiently, following manufacturer guidelines and company policies. Participate in
training sessions as needed to maintain proficiency in equipment operation.
8. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to workplace
conduct, attendance, and performance expectations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information related to company operations and customer orders.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.

processes.
