About the Staff Assistant position

We are looking for a skilled Staff Assistant to help us with various administrative tasks to support our employees on a daily basis. You will be providing assistance with completion of projects and ensuring our company’s departments run smoothly.

You should have a high motivation for helping people, providing administrative support and organizing work. You will also be required to strictly adhere to our HR policies. Besides, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

Staff Assistant responsibilities are:

  • Organize all paperwork for regular company procedures

  • Review and manage employee records and keep internal databases updated

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and arrange staff travel and accommodations

  • Interact with employees to answer their queries and help them or forward them to the HR department

  • Retrieve company and employee data, as requested

  • Monitor office supply stock and place orders when needed

  • Organize the proper conditions in conference rooms

  • Manage distribution of company materials to employees (including brochures, announcements and safety guidelines)

Staff Assistant requirements are:

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant (http://www.link...) or other similar position

  • Profound experience with office and HR procedures

  • Good practical experience with basic computer tools, particularly MS Office

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines

  • Good knowledge of labor legislation

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate with varying managerial levels

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant area
