As we continue to rapidly grow in all aspects of our business, we are looking for a strong Executive Assistant to help support our CEO, Tobenna Arodiogbu. We’re looking for someone who is incredibly organized and can help streamline chaos. This role requires you to be in office 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
What you’ll do:
Have a deep understanding of the business and the complexities
Assist with organizing and prioritizing his inbox
Proactive maintenance of Tobenna’s calendar in relation to constantly shifting priorities. Be able to recognize these changes and proactively look for ways to best utilize his time
Be the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for Tobenna’s time with internal and external stakeholders
Partner with the People Operations team to help execute on company-wide events and culture initiatives
Handle confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism
Manage administrative ad hoc projects & tasks for CTO and other leadership team members
What you have:
5+ years of experience providing executive level support
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a high-growth technology startup
Expertise with Mac and GSuite (Especially Google Calendar)
Ability to adapt when work need to be shifted or reprioritize
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
