This presents exciting new challenges for our Process & Facilities Engineers, such as working on emissions reduction opportunities like electrification, CCUS and Hydrogen, as well as attempting to minimise the impact of existing plants, equipment, and traditional technologies through efficiency optimisations.
Our process engineers are also helping to drive digital solutions and plan modifications for our global clients to achieve a sustainable path towards Net Zero.
We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and client-focused Principal Process Consultant with first-hand, practical knowledge to join our team in the planning and execution of energy development projects.
Requirements
· Chartered Engineer, Member of IChemE or equivalent
· Master’s degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or equivalent
· Significant industrial engineering experience in Upstream Energy design & consultancy
· Strong track record across the main “phases” of design, from conceptual & feasibility engineering studies through FEED and detailed design.
· Demonstrable track record in managing projects and budgets
· Experienced Study Lead Engineer and history of leading multi-discipline project teams
· Comprehensive knowledge and experience in process design, plant operations and process safety
· Experience in client interfacing and undertaking business development
· Experienced in proposal preparation·
Experience in the following is not essential but would be extremely beneficial:
• Experience in onsite plant working, including commissioning and operations
• Experience in CCUS or Hydrogen process design
