About the Job:
As a Service Technician at Dingli, you will be responsible for providing technical support and after-sales service for our EWP products. You will handle tasks such as telephone technical support, fault finding, machine repairs, warranty claims, and spare parts processing.
Responsibilities:
- Perform field and workshop maintenance on EWP’s & Material Handling products.
- Resolve any warranty issues and communicate any problems that may hinder repair completion.
- Provide technical product support to Dingli employees, customer representatives, and equipment operators.
- Support Dingli AWP customer base by traveling to sites in order to provide equipment sales and repair services.
- Continuously develop skills, licenses, and qualifications necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
Requirements
- College degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician in the mechanical or related industry.
- Knowledge of equipment rental companies will be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Good understanding of customer dynamics and ability to handle multiple requests.
- Fluent written and spoken English/Arabic.
- Possess current unrestricted work rights in UAE.
