As an IT Administrator at Cambridge Intelligence, you’ll provide support to colleagues and the office management for both hardware and software support, maintenance and set up. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and develop their career in a growing tech company. What’s involved?
You will sit within our Platform team and work closely with our IT and Security Manager to ensure that everyone can do their job effectively with all the equipment and software they need. You will provide reactive support to IT issues and work proactively to ensure equipment, tools and systems are set up and running well.

You may be a support engineer currently and want to further develop your professional experience within this field or you have proven experience within IT support and want a new challenge or opportunity. Who you’ll work with
The whole business, this is a centralised role but you’ll be a key member of the Platform team working closely with our IT and Security Manager in collaboration with our Office Manager and CTO.
