We have an exciting opportunity to join our organization and provide executive protection support to principal(s). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan and coordinate all daily security operations around the personal and business itinerary of the principal(s) as defined by the principal and executive support staff.
Operate company vehicles in a safe, professional, and legal manner to provide secure ground transportation for the principal(s)
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional work environment while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a safe daily work environment for the principal(s) and their staff.
Attend and support offsite events while safeguarding the principal(s)
Maintain and service the company vehicle on a scheduled basis while tracking all daily mileage logs as required by company policies.
Utilize issued work devices (mobile phone, laptop, protective equipment) to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Gather, assess, and adapt to unforeseen areas of change especially when there is a concern for the safety of the principal(s)
Maintain strict confidentiality while in the presence of private conversations related to the principal(s) and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the principal(s) or Corporate Security management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years executive protection experience with a strong base of knowledge in all facets of protective operations
A valid driver’s license, US passport and current CPR/AED certification
The ability to work irregular or extended hours with an ever-changing schedule with short notice. A typical schedule can include overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends.
The ability to travel both domestically and internationally and schedule flights, rental vehicles, hotel rooms on short notice.
Former law enforcement, government agency or military experience as a member of a personnel security detail
Excellent situational awareness and keen observation skills to detect potential threats.
Executive protection, situational awareness, de-escalation, defensive operations, covert protection, residential security and/or active threat training certifications preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $69,100 - 86,375 and the position is eligible for overtime and bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
