About the role
We are currently looking for a Learning Coordinator to support the delivery of the learning and development programmes across our Sales, Marketing and Innovation (SMI) business areas. You will coordinate and monitor learning programmes, develop when required any supporting materials and communications, deploy and... maintain learning tools and provide assessment reports on all L&D activities to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment.
In this role, you need to combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi task. You are a reliable problem solver with excellent organisation and project management skills, and act as an ambassador for learning and development, role modelling our Values through your energy and professionalism.
Your remit will include but not limited to:
• Provide administrative and logistical support before, during and after assess training programmes conducted by the SMI Talent Team;
• Schedule sessions, trainings and maintain the key development requirements by working closely with the Regional Talent Lead, Regional SMI Academy leads/Country L&D leads and SMI leads to ensure planning is linked to business plans and priorities;
• Schedule facilities such as meeting rooms, e-learning sessions, webinars (assist technically when required). Maintain training records such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, feedback forms, compile post-training surveys, draw statistics and report on request;
• Liaise with Regions and line management to ensure that course capacity is fully utilised, following up in a timely fashion;
• Support the SMI Talent Team with the management of the budget, owning all invoice processing, creation of new vendors and PO raising;
• Maintain and own the SMI Talent Team page on our internal system, and assign relevant eLearning modules. Support in the data gathering and co-ordination of Competency Framework outputs, building these into the Key Performance Indicators.
About you
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills, with ability to multitask;
• Very good organisational, prioritisation and project management skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Experience of working in a large matrix organisation would be beneficial;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) preferred
• Experienced in the use of L&D Platforms and tools preferred but not a must.
