About the role:

We are looking to hire a Digital Communications Advisor on a 12 month FTC who will support the digital communications team in the day-to-day execution of the firm’s digital strategy across our suite of public and client-facing digital channels.

Your main responsibilities will include:

With experience and knowledge of managing successful digital platforms and projects, you will support the team across the firm’s external and client-facing digital channels.

  • Day to day responsibility for the Linklaters.com platform.
  • Provide expert advice on Sitecore CMS to our practice groups, sectors, and internal content teams.
  • Develop and upkeep training documentation for our content owners.
  • Utilize analytics to identify and propose new development opportunities.
  • Champion best practices in SEO to maximize our online visibility.
  • Contribute to a variety of ad-hoc digital projects
  • Collaborate with our web development agency and internal teams to manage website updates and resolve issues.
  • Participate in testing and launching new website features.
  • Train team members on new digital tools and ensure smooth integration with our systems.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies.

We are ideally looking for:

  • A strong team player with good influencing and interpersonal skills across all levels of seniority.
  • Experience in the use of digital channels and systems in a professional services environment.
  • Experience using a Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools – Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator & presenter.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
