Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud
Technical Project Management Supervisor to join our team in Chambersburg, PA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate with MP and other stakeholders to plan migration including
resource capacity, workload analysis, funding assessment, architectural
support, mitigation of workload or data portability issues, testing, and risk
planning.
• Support mission partner Information Assurance accreditation efforts for their
migrated workloads.
• Offer training services to mission partners and to DoD support personnel to
support the acquisition, onboarding, use and sustainment of any service
offerings provided under the contract.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc status meetings to communicate effectively to all
mission partners and leadership.
• Provide presentations, reporting, and status to leadership as requested.
• Plan integration of workloads with mission partners and stakeholders and
appropriate cloud services.
• Develop and implement strategies for workload portability, including data,
storage, and applications to minimize impact and create migration
efficiencies.
• Working knowledge of solution options for applications hosted by all types of
cloud service providers, including commercial, government, and hybrid
offerings.
• Working knowledge of migration lifecycle supporting new or existing
applications and mission partners.
• Knowledge of workloads both in physical and virtual and methodologies for
transitioning workloads to other solutions.
• Planning and execution of solution enhancement, expansion, or creation to
existing and new customer environments.
• Planning for and testing quality of solutions and test planning to meet success
criteria from customer and mission partners.
• Providing project management support for integrating new applications into
cloud environments and transitioning existing applications into
virtualized/cloud environments. This support includes the entire cycle of
migration events, from supporting the customer in acquiring cloud
infrastructure and services to testing and successful deployment. This support
also includes supporting assessment of new environments, and supporting
testing activities in the virtualized environments.
• Experience in the use of project management tools including project
schedulers and JIRA.
• Experience with multiple project management techniques including Agile
practices.
• Analyzing and preparing of new workloads for migration.
• Supporting use of operational features of solutions offered.
• Support customer use of service Application Programming Interfaces (APIs),
Command Line Interface (CLI) s, and infrastructure service management
consoles
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Experience in leading an engineering team for integration activities with all
cloud services.
Clearance Requirements:
Must possess an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such
as a computer
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers,
management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
