Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Entry Level CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover. MD.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
In collaboration and Independently contribute to the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.
Work with other CNO developers on the team.
Ensure software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree, OR Associates degree with two (2) years of relevant experience OR Four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
CNO capability development experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
Understand assembly programming concepts.
Experience in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
Unit Test experience.
Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.
Working in a team environment
Security Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

The projected compensation range for this position is $66,500-$110,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
