Major Job Responsibilities
Program Management: 75%
• Design, assist in or assign the development of training, programs, and services for healthcare skills training programs.
• Identify, hire, and manage appropriate instructors for fulfillment of courses and programs.
• Ensure that arrangements are made for appropriate facilities, materials, and equipment necessary for the delivery of services.
• Work closely with the Business Office, Marketing, Academic Affairs, Testing Center, Student Success and Student Services personnel, e.g., Admissions, Advisors, deans and faculty, to ensure quality programming and collaboration in program development and future course offerings.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and maintained including utilizing the standard terms and conditions and statewide contract templates.
• Maintain records of projects and other student/employer information in customer (CRM) and student management system (e.g. Salesforce, Banner, contract CSM) to track and provide reports in a timely manner; including grades and certifications earned.
Career Coaching: 15%
• Consults with the Director of Career Coaching to understand career coaching best practices including core coaching competencies.
• Provides career coaching for students in short-term medical certification programs
• Guides short-term medical certification students through the career development process in 1:1 and group coaching sessions. Actions taken by students, under the guidance of the Career Coach, will include, but are not limited to the student completing a resume, LinkedIn profile, mock interviews, employer engagement, and engagement with a work-and-learn/job placement platform. Ensures student completes resume, cover letter, and attends 1 mock interview session with Career Coach.
Employer Engagement: 10%
• Coordinates end-of-training network celebration with employers and students.
• Promotes employment opportunities to students.
• Collaborates with Ivy+ Career Link staff to coordinate job fairs, employer engagement, and additional recruiting events as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Associate degree required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.
• Demonstrated skills and abilities to concurrently manage numerous tasks, some with conflicting priorities required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student learning outcomes, staff development, and diversity required.
• Must possess an ability and a willingness to travel in the performance of assigned duties.
• Must possess a valid drivers license
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to work within an entrepreneurial framework and scale a large project required.
