Essential Duties:
Administer and proctor all of the various tests provided in Testing Services and provide customer service.
Informs candidates of Assessment Testing and Certification Testing of directions and results.
Collect assessment & testing data and complete necessary paperwork.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or High School Equivalent (HSE). Basic computer knowledge essential. Experience with adult education and/or assessment preferred. Ability to use keyboard, communicate with students.
Provide quality customer service. Ability to maintain test security and student confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree Preferred.
