Principal Sales Enablement Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Sales Enablement practitioner to join our Global Sales Enablement team! This truly is a unique opportunity to support the roll out of key enablement programs in the Travel Solutions commercial organization. You will be primarily responsible for the EMEA region (Europe-Middle East) but drive and collaborate on global programs. What will you achieve?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engaging with members of sales team and supporting functions across all levels to deliver sales onboarding, training, and enablement plans to upskill the Travel Solutions Commercial organization.
Design, deliver, and coordinate the execution of the Sales Onboarding Program
Create impactful content and training assets that resonates with sales teams
Develop creative and fun programs to engage the commercial organization
Lead the execution of sales enablement programs and measure progress through business/sales KPIs
Deliver sales methodology and skills training
Support the sales team in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process
Partner with sales leaders to use sales methodology tools in the day-to-day activities to drive sales excellence
Develop strong relationships and rapport with the sales teams and leaders supported

Must Have Skills
Batchelor’s Degree or equivalent
Enablement experience in setting, tracking, and analyzing global sales enablement programs (3+ years). Onboarding experience preferred
Proven experience on B2B sales training, sales methodology and coaching
Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills with proven track record of effectively communicating and working with senior leaders
Ability to prioritize projects, work effectively with stakeholders, and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
Strong team player, with an ability to also work autonomously
Ability to think strategically and execute tactical project plans
Strong knowledge of sales process/cycle
Fluent English speaker/writer. A second language of German, French or Spanish would be highly desirable.
Nice To Have Skills
Project Management experience
Sales methodology certification (Miller Heiman’s Conceptual Selling and Strategic Selling strongly preferred)
Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems (Litmos), content management systems (Unily, SharePoint), and CRM (Salesforce)
Former experience in B2B sales and travel technology
