This is an exciting time for our EMEA region at Sabre as we have highly ambitious growth plans. To support this, the Commercial Operations and Planning team is looking for a highly experienced and energetic Program Manager. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing the EMEA growth plan, ensuring we are hitting program milestones, designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process. This is a highly visible role and the successful candidate will be working closely with our EMEA leadership team, Central functions as well as our Global Program lead. so good communication and networking skills are a must for this role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

• Track project costs in order to meet budget

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed using preferred methodology

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

• Degree in relevant field

• Impeccable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to creatively tell stories and adjust tone and style based on communication channel.

• Comfortable working at all levels including senior leaders (up to SVP level)

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar preferred

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Excellent MS office skills in particular MS PowerPoint and Excel

• Must have an affinity for the travel and technology industry
