Booz Allen Hamilton has an outstanding full-time opportunity for an experienced Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Practitioner to play a key role in driving the achievement of quality and performance goals across the company. You’ll participate in the planning, operation, and sustainment of the organization’s CMMI ratings and other quality offerings. You’ll provide quality management oversight for major programs and projects while applying process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and best practice principles in support of modernization and improvement firmwide. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with software quality management or services delivery
- Experience implementing CMMI Development or Services at Maturity Level 3
- Experience participating on a CMMI Appraisal team or as a CMMI associate or practitioner
- Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience implementing CMMI Development and Services at Maturity Level 4 or 5
- Experience implementing CMMI Development and Services 2.0 or higher at Maturity Level 3
- Experience with Minitab or Power BI
- Experience with Agile practices
- Authorized CMMI V3.0 Lead Appraiser
- Training or Certifications in process or performance improvement related areas, such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, ISO 9001, or AS9100

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
