Why work for AtkinsRéalis?
Flexible and remote working is a central part of our culture. We are currently looking to set-up and grow a Suffolk team local to Sizewell B (the only generating Pressurised Water Reactor in the UK), plus the site for the next European Pressurised Reactor (EPR) station (Sizewell C). We also have offices in Bristol, Warrington, Epsom, Derby, Sheffield and Glasgow. This enables flexibility in where the role would be based; aware of that fact that projects may require a physical presence on client sites (site visits, on-site operational support, etc).
We value your diversity and believe that everyone deserves to thrive – no exceptions. You'll be part of a culture committed to finding new talent from underrepresented groups. We're Disability Confident, an Inclusive Employer, and support STEM Returners. We also want to see more women in senior roles at AtkinsRéalis. In the energy sector, we've signed up to the AXIS Pledge, promising to make equal pay, equal leadership, and equal opportunities a reality.
