Creative Services Digital Designer will be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative content.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
Prepare and present design concepts to relevant stakeholders.
Execute print and web materials with the knowledge of coding using HTML for responsive email designs.
Collaborate with digital health and marketing teams to ensure designs align with branding, while also meeting usability and website standards.
Ensure consistency in content across all company platforms.
Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
Work with the Omni-Channel team to ensure the smooth implementation of new content.
Provide guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Preferred Experiences:
Proven experience 4 – 6 years in a professional digital design role.
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Figma, Dovetail, Maze, Storybook, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Must possess relevant skills such as UX Research, Research Synthesis, UI / UX design for multiple platforms, user testing.
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working in life sciences is a plus.
A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
Execute print and web materials with the knowledge of coding using HTML for responsive email designs.
Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Figma, Dovetail, Maze, Storybook, and Adobe Creative Suite.
