The BT organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Innovation Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter and proactive problem-solver who is capable of managing multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization, and communicating with executive stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to drive innovation, maturity and standardization across Workday’s BT organization!
Program manager for all active CoEs within BT’s Innovation Center of Excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure alignment and execution of plans
Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
Facilitate key meetings and workshops
Regularly provide executive-level briefings, including key performance indicators, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and key decisions
About You
5+ years experience in Program Management.
5+ years experience with collaboration tools (i.e. G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, Miro)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Strength in facilitating meetings and workshops, seeking input and storytelling
Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve strategic goals
Excellent program management skills with the ability to build and implement actionable plans with detailed timelines and to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in program management across multiple regions
Extremely well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to effectively drive change
Affinity for technology and innovation, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
